Washington Yoga Hiking Retreat

4 days, 3 nights, of yoga, meditation, hiking, silent walks, swimming, and great meals.

Fox Creek Falls is a nourishing retreat center, surrounded by 88 acres of lush green forests, with 15 little waterfalls, spaces for yoga and meditation, meeting room, nice kitchen, and hot tub, sauna, cold plunge.

The lodge is made up of two buildings, a main lodge, and separate building with one room available. Total of 6 comfy bedrooms, with camping option, and trails to walk, hike or relax.

Theme: Healing the nervous system
Liz and I (Roy) have been taking a deep dive into healing the nervous system. Of all the areas we have explored over the past 25 years, this feels like the missing link. It is imposible to heal when we are stuck in sympathetic nervous system stress, angst and trauma.

We will share simple but profound tools to balance and retrain the brain, tone the vagus nerve, access emotional and somatic intelligence, and acccess our true self or intelligence at the core. Then we can accomplish our true purpose and be of service.
